사용/활용예
○ 열경화성수지 기반 CFRP를 이용한 자동차, 항공 부품을 제작하는데 있어서 필수적으로 갖추어 야 할 장비임, 현재 기 구축중인 2D/3D textile preformer를 이용하여 semi-preform을 제작한 후 중간 단계인 compaction 성형 공정 단계를 수행하는 장비임.
○ 탄소섬유를 이용한 프리폼 몰드를 제작 후, dry-roving으로 제작된 프리폼의 가경화를 시키는 장비로서 3D 형상의 프리폼 형상의 유지를 도움.
○ Thermoset dry-roving으로 만들어진 semi-preform을 compaction하여 2차 중간재인 프리폼을 성형하는 장비임
