사용/활용예
- 사용/활용예 열전소재는 자동차, 공장, 인체 등의 폐열을 이용하여 전기에너지를 생산하는 차세대 에너지소재로서 그 성능을 평가하려면 고온에서의 전기전도도 및 제백 계수를 측정해야 함. 본 장비는 다양한 박막, 벌크 소재의 전기전도도 및 제백 계수를 상온에서 고온(1000°C)까지의 온도범위에서 측정하여 소재의 열전성능지수 (ZT) 값을 구할 수 있음.
- 장비설명 다양한 막, 벌크 소재의 전기전도도 및 제백 계수를 상온에서 고온(1000°C)까지의 온도범위에서 측정하는 장비임.전기전도도의 경우 4탐침법을 이용하며, 제백 계수는 시료에 온도차를 준 상태에서 유도되는 전압을 측정함.
- 구성 및 성능 1. Heating sample unit (1) Measuring temperature range : Several degrees higher than room temperature to 1000 degree C (2) Measurement properties : Seebeck coefficient and electric resistivity (3) Atmosphere : In low pressure high purity He gas (more than 99.999%), in the atmosphere(4) Temperature gradient : Less than 50 degree C (But it depends on the thermal conductivity, size and etc of a sample.) (5) Sample size : 2-4mm square or circular by 5-22mm long (6) Sample holding : Put in a vertical direction (Sandwiched between two square electrodes) (7) Electrode : Platinum (Provider of direct current for measurement of electric resistivity) (8) Lead for Seebeck : Platinum wire (Interval of measurement probes: Approx. 4mm, 6mm, 8mm) (9) Lead for electric resistance voltage: platinum wire (Interval of measurement probes: Approx. 4mm, 6mm, 8mm) *Both leads mentioned on 1-(8). and 1-(9). are compatible.
