- 장비설명 본 기기는 일반적인 만능시험기의 하중 범위를 벗어난 고하중의 기계적 시험이 가능하며, 빠른 시험 속도와 긴 시험거리로 다양한 시험 조건을 만족시킬 수 있음. 탄소섬유 복합소재의 고하중 하에서의 기계적 물성 평가가 가능하며, 고하 중에 노출되는 응용부품의 기계적 물성을 다양한 온도 환경 하에서 평가 가능함. 탄소섬유복합소재 구조물 중 큰 하중을 받는 시편의 기계적 물성 평가에 활용되기 때문에 탄소섬유복합소재의 중요한 최종 용도인 항공기 및 자동차 구조물에 대한 기계적 물성 평가를 가능하게 한다.

구성 및 성능
○ Data Acquisition Rate at the PC:Up to 2.5 kHz (Advanced option) simultaneous on load, extension and strain channels, 1 kHz (Standard)
○ Position Measurement Accuracy:±0.01 mm or 0.05% of displacement (whichever is greater)
○ Crosshead Speed Accuracy (Zero or constant load):±0.1% of set speed
○ Load Measurement Accuracy:± 0.4% of reading down to 1/100 of load cell capacity with 2525, 2530 or 2580 Series load cells; ± 0.5% of reading down to 1/1000 of load cell capacity with 2580 Series load cells (with Advanced Performance Option) ± 0.5% of reading down to 1/500 of load cell capacity with 2580 Series load cells; ± 0.5% of reading to 1/250 of load cell capacity with 2525 or 2530 Series load cells
○ Strain Measurement Accuracy:Meets or surpasses the following standards: ASTM E83, ISO 9513, and EN 10002-4
○ Single Phase Voltage:200, 208, 220, 230, or 240 VAC ±10%; 47 to 63 Hz. Power supply must be free of spikes, surges or sags exceeding 10% of the average voltage.
○ Three Phase Voltage:208, 240, 400 or 480 VAC ±10%; 47 to 63 Hz. Power supply must be free of spikes, surges or sags exceeding 10% of the average voltage. For 5988 and 5989 frames, 3-phase wye with neutral is required.
○ Operating Temperature:+10 to +38oC (+50 to +100oC)
○ Storage Temperature:-40 to +66oC (-40 to +150oC)
○ Humidity Range:+10 to +90%, non-condensing
