사용/활용예
- 사용/활용예 - 자동차, 항공우주 관련 탄소 복합재료의 동적 특성 (Dynamic response) 분석을 위해 절대적으로 필요한 장비임. 고속 하중 하에서 여러 가지 재료에 대한 시험을 시행하여 준정적 하중 하에서와는 다른 변형 및 파괴 거동을 규명함.
- 장비설명 - 홉킨슨 압축바 시험기는 또한 탄소 복합재료의 기계적 특성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 외부 재료 변형 조건들(변형률, 온도 등) 을 변화 시키면서 시험할 수 있는 거의 유일한 분석 장비임.- 항공기나 자동차에 쓰이는 탄소 관련 복합재료의 동적 역학 특성 분석에 적합한 장비임. 또 이 분야에 쓰이는 복합재료가 충격으로 인한 외부 손상 시, 충격 속도의 변화에 따른 복합재료의 다양한 반응을 측정 가능함
