- 장비설명 본 장비는 X-ray빔을 시료 표면에 조사하였을 때 나오는 회절X-ray를 측정하여 시료를 구성하는 결정성 물질의 종류와 양에 관한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 기본 분석 장비, 다양한 분위기 조성이 가능하고, 온도에 따른 결정변화 측정, 단결정사이즈 분석, 박막두께 분석이 가능하도록 구성하여 폭넓게 활용
