  • 장비설명 Analyser with induction and resistance furnace for carbon and sulfur determination in inorganic and in organic materials like steel cast iron copper alloys ores cement ceramics carbides sand glass minerals coal coke oil ashes catalysts lime gypsum soils rubber leaves soot tobacco waste and other solid and fluid materials.   RF induction furnace with automatic cleaning mechanism pneumatic lift and air cooling system. High temperature furnace up to 1550C with 200mm hot zone and a resolution of 1C Gas flow circulation system complete with electronic flow control flow meters pressure gauge solenoid valves gas cleaning equipment and catalyst furnace. High-tech infrared cells with solid-state infrared detectors interference filters and auto-zero and range adjustment. Microcontroller Windows XP-software with multipoint calibration automatic linearity correction applications memory exports to Excel and communication with LIMS.

Resistance furnace Low carbon : up to 1.25mg C resp. Up to 0.25% C at 500mg sample High carbon : up to 100mg C resp. Up to 20% C at 500mg sample (indicating range up to 100% C) Low sulfur : up to 2% S at 500mg sample resp. up to 10mg S High sulfur : up to 20% S at 500mg sample resp. up to 100mg S (indicating range up to 100% S)   2.
