○ 사용예 및 활용분야 - 나노소재 및 비금속 소재의 조직관찰 및 성분분석 해석 - 박막재료 및 집합조직이 발달한 소재의 texturing 해석 가능

장비설명
○ 원리 및 특징 본 FE-SEM / EDS/ EBSD system은 소재의 미세소직 관찰 성분분석 및 결정구조 특성을 평가하기 위한 장비로서 즉 1.5nm의 고분해능에서 관찰 영역을 가지기 때문에 일반적인 합금소재 나노소재 및 비정질 합금에서의 texturing이 가능한 장비이다. 또한 하나의 시스템에서 조직관찰 상 분석 및 결정방위 해석이 one-stop 으로 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 또한 수집된 데이터의 가공이 html 및 word file로 의 변 환이 가능하도록 시 스템이 구성되어 있다.
